The Peru comes from the scenic La Coipa region of San Ignacio, Cajamarca. Three farms—El Romerillo, El Nogal, and Finca El Cedro—collaborate to produce exceptional organic-certified coffees. Guided by a shared dedication to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship, producers Angela Jaramillo, Aracely Reyes Guerrero, and Rudy Herrera Alberca craft coffees that reflect the unique microclimate of their 1,600–1,800 MASL farms. Their washed-process coffee undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation before meticulous washing and drying, resulting in a coffee the brings sweetness and floral, stonefruit qualities to the blend. The Guatemala is called the "Los Vecinos", which celebrates the legacy producers of San Pedro Necta. It’s a traceable community blend from three key producers. It features traditional Bourbon and Caturra varieties grown at 1,500-1,700 MASL, and brings balance to this blend alongside notes of toasted nut and malt.
