For the past ten years, Lao Xu Zhai Village has partnered with Torch, our green importers, generously sharing their land and livelihood to collaborate on every step of the coffee production chain. The partnership has led to the establishment of a new processing station, nursery, and joint experiments in plant nutrition, harvesting, processing, and roasting, resulting in significant improvements in consistency, quality, and farmer sustainability. This collaboration has produced an excellent Yunnan natural coffee with tropical fruit notes and lively acidity.
